Google Improves Their Search Engine For Tablets




Google is one of the biggest companies in the world and at that level, you need to constantly improve your services, or else one of your competitors will catch up and seal your crown.
Over the past few years Google have dominated the world of search engines and this is because they always try to provide their users the best search results.
Google is making important efforts in order to enhance the functionality of their search engine, first bringing some tweaks for the desktop version, and now enhancing the tablet version, as well.
Those using Google Search services on their tablets, the company prepared a an improved user interface, optimized to be more efficient and to generate a more pleasant experience for the users of the famous search engine.
The way the search results are displayed have been simplified, and size of the text, together with the on of the buttons and other touch elements have been increased, whether you like searching Google in landscape or portrait mode.
The “Search” button located under the search box now offers quick access to various types of results, like images, videos, places and shopping.
For the searches that have as goal finding specific images, the improvements brought to Google Images are meant to enhance the way the results are displayed.
The thumbnails of the image results are now bigger and now they load faster than ever, and the continuous scroll technology allows you to scroll down as long as you desire, without having to load the next page.
The improved version of Google Search will become available in the next few days, for the tablets running on iOS and for the users that own an Android-powered tablet running on Android 3.1 or later, with support for 36 languages.
Anyway, we’ll see how the tablet owners welcome the new Google Search UI after it officially rolls out.
