Youtube has launched the new “BoxOffice” Youtube channel in which they will show one latest released movie every month . There will not be any subscription or any other type of charges , and it will be free like any other video on Youtube . The movie will also be available in Full High Definition (Full HD) but for that either you need high speed (2 Mbps + ) Internet connection or you have to let the movie load (by pausing it) enough before you can watch it .
It is a win-win situation for all – Youtube , Movie producers , and the viewers of-course . How ? There will be a 15 seconds advertisement after every 10 minutes of movie (you can not skip that ad) and the ad revenue will be shared by Youtube and the Movie right owners (producers) . Also there are display ad advertisers (like it is Intel currently) on the new Youtube channel .Currently It is showing the hit “Band Baaja Baaraat” movie from Yashraj films.
